Rana struggles at home and his connection with his wife and two children is irreparably damaged, despite the fact that he is skilled at solving problems and assisting people in leading stress-free lives. When his father, Naga Naidu, is released from prison after fifteen long years, Rana grapples with family secrets and personal conflict and realises that the only problem he can't fix is his own.

Based on the eponymous novel by Vikram Chandra, Sacred Games is essentially a puzzle created by crime boss Ganesh Gaitonde (Nawazuddin Siddiqui) that the troubled police officer Sartaj Singh (Saif Ali Khan) is desperately trying to solve in order to save the city of Mumbai from an impending disaster. While the second season ended on a cliffhanger and then got cancelled, the show is wonderfully made and deserves your time.
