1. Guns & Gulaabs

Netflix

A Raj & DK creation, Guns & Gulaabs is all about love and war with a generous helping of 90s nostalgia — think moped bikes, cassettes, and landline phones. Set in the town of Gulaabgunj, a haven for gangsters, the show stars the likes of Dulquer Salmaan, Rajkummar Rao, Gulshan Devaiah, and Adarsh Gourav. Trust me when I say that 4 Cut Atmaram is simply ICONIC.

A group of police officers get ready to shoot down someone

Golden Karavan / Netflix

Delhi Crime chronicled the horrific Nirbhaya case of 2012 in such a brilliant yet sensitive manner, that it very deservedly won the International Emmy for the Best Drama Series in 2020. While chasing down the "Kaccha Baniyan Gang", DCP Vartika Chaturvedi proves, yet again, that one can always count on her.
