The suspects were seen fleeing the crime scene in a silver Dodge minivan, and were traveling northeast on Wisconsin Avenue NW.
WASHINGTON — The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) seeks the community’s assistance in identifying two suspects involved in a burglary from Georgetown Optician on Thursday.
Police say the suspects smashed windows to enter the unoccupied store in the 1300 block of Wisconsin Avenue, Northwest at around 3 a.m. Once inside, the suspects allegedly stole $5000 worth of eyeglasses before their escape.
The suspects later drove off in a silver Dodge minivan, and were heading northeast on Wisconsin Avenue NW.
