1. In *that* scene in the last Succession episode, Shiv clearly hugs Kendall, and Roman joins in. But then, the shot changes, and she's hugging Roman, with Kendall joining in.

2. In this Die Hard 2 scene, that is...not Vondie Curtis-Hall's hand. It's someone with a different skin color.

3. In one of the factory scenes in Enola Holmes 2, you can see a background extra clearly not sweeping the ground.

4. Similarly, this Vikings extra is just miming rowing — he has no oar.

5. In this Violent Night scene, Santa's hair keeps switching from down to up to down again.

6. There's a scene in Osmosis Jones when Jones calls Leah "Brandy" (the actor playing her was named Brandy Norwood) — then corrects himself — and the animators just left it in.

7. When Joel and Ellie crossed this giant bridge in Episode 6 of The Last Of Us, you can spot multiple crew members on the left side of the screen.

8. In another scene from The Last Of Us, Ellie kicks away the food after she finds out David is cooking people...but a moment later, it's back in the shot.

9. In this Babylon scene, Jack's cigarette keeps moving instantaneously from his mouth, to his hand, and back to his mouth again.

10. In this scene from the John Wick: Chapter 4 trailer, after Wick fires a bunch of shots, not one hole is visible on the drum he fired toward.

11. In a recent episode of The Mandalorian (Season 3, Episode 5), there's a guy just talking to no one at the bar. As this Reddit user points out, it's clear they meant to CGI someone in for him to talk to and forgot.

12. In Top Gun, Maverick obviously takes off his sunglasses, but then a second later, they're on again when Slider picks him up.

13. In Marry Me, Kat's blanket keeps switching from white side up to black side up when the shot switches from wide to close, then back again.

14. In the movie Unforgiven, you can see the actor (Gene Hackman) is hiding the script/his lines in the book he's reading.

15. When Captain Hook puts on his hook hand in Hook, you can actually see the cameraperson in the hook's reflection.

16. In G.I. Joe: Retaliation, there's a scene where you can see the stage lights and rigging at multiple points.

17. If you freeze Terminator 2 at just the right moment, you can see that T-1000's head splits in half BEFORE the Terminator shoots.

18. You can spot crew members in a lot of Malcolm in the Middle scenes because of the switch to widescreen — like in this scene where a crew member catches a cake on the right side of the screen.

19. You can also spot that this is definitely Bryan Cranston's stand-in in this Season 2 Malcolm in the Middle scene.

20. Similarly, in Braveheart, there's a scene where you can spot a car in the background.

21. In The Lost Boys, it's pretty obvious this stake Edgar uses is retractable.

22. In Wake Up, Ron Burgundy: The Lost Movie (which was assembled from extra footage and outtakes from the first Anchorman film), there's a moment when you can see a cameraperson in Ron's sunglasses.

23. Troy is actually riddled with mistakes, mostly when you can see the camera/crew — like in this shot.

24. In the newest season of Outer Banks (during Episode 4), there's a scene where the windshield is clearly cracked at two points...and then a second later, the windshield is perfectly intact.

25. Kaa looks markedly different in his first and second scenes in The Jungle Book — this was apparently because animators changed.

26. You can see the camera person in this American History X scene.

27. In one scene from Transformers: The Last Knight, there's a scene where they clearly forgot to CGI in Bumblebee's body.

28. In the Pretty in Pink scene where Andie fights with her dad, it's clear they used different takes where her dad's hair was different — it keeps switching back and forth between shots.

29. You can literally see Jerry's mic taped to his shirt in this Seinfeld scene from Season 8.

30. And Nina Dobrev's mic pack is pretty obviously visible in this scene from The Vampire Diaries.

31. Ian holds his binoculars the wrong way around in this The Lost World: Jurassic Park scene.

32. In this fight scene from The Man with the Golden Gun, you can VERY obviously see the camera person and some set lights in the mirror.

34. You can also see a cameraperson in this scene from The Rookie.

35. There clearly was not any care taken to make sure the dates were consistent in Missing.

36. And finally, Lyle from Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile is...not a crocodile, lol. He's an alligator. You can tell by his shorter, more rounded mouth.
