‘A Quiet Place: Day One’ Gets Digital Release

The prequel starring Lupita Nyong'o and Lupita Nyong'oJoseph Quinn is now available to watch from home

One of the biggest movies of the summer is now available to watch from home. “A Quiet Place: Day One” exceeded box office expectations with a $253.8 million worldwide box office haul.

Now, “A Quiet Place: Day One” in 4K Ultra HD is available to buy for $24.99 or rent for $19.99 online on Prime Video, Apple TV and other video-on-demand platforms.

Meanwhile, “A Quiet Place: Day One” is set for release on DVD, Blu-ray, 4K Ultra HD and 4K Steelbook with prices starting at $25.99 on Tuesday, Oct. 8 on Target, Amazon and Walmart.

In addition, the other movies in the franchise, like “A Quiet Place” and “A Quiet Place: Part II,” are also streamable on Paramount+.

Written and directed by Michael Sarnoski, “A Quiet Place: Day One” follows Sam (Lupita Nyong’o), a young woman with a terminal disease who becomes trapped on Manhattan during the early stages of an alien invasion where creatures fall from the sky to conquer the planet. She encounters Eric (Joseph Quinn), a law student who has nothing to lose, as the pair try to escape the island.

The movie also stars Alex Wolff, Djimon Hounsou, Eliane Umuhire, Takunda Khumalo, Alfie Todd, Ronnie Le Drew and others.
