WASHINGTON — D.C. Police are investigating the death of a child in Northwest.
Officers say they got a call just before 9:45 Sunday morning, details surrounding the nature of the call have not been released. However, officers were sent to the 4500 block of Connecticut Ave. Northwest.
Police say the victim was a 5-year-old child.
At this time D.C. Police has not released any other information surrounding the case. We will update you when we know more.
