Zoey Palmer was last seen at 4 a.m. in southeast D.C.
WASHINGTON — D.C. Police are asking for help looking for a missing 12-year-old girl.
On Tuesday morning, police issued a critical missing alert for Zoey Palmer. She went missing from the 4800 block of Connecticut Avenue Northwest but was last seen on the 2900 block of Knox Place Southeast, near Young's Memorial Church at 4 a.m. Tuesday.
Zoey is described as 4-foot-11, weighing 125 pounds and having black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt, gray pants and a blue backpack.
