Hopefully, there aren't any dogs in this show.
Filming for Agatha: Coven of Chaos is still underway, but the recent rumors and news about the series have me hoping that's not the case for much longer — I for one need a trailer ASAP.
Here's everything we know so far about the upcoming series:
🚨SPOILER WARNING for Agatha: Coven of Chaos.🚨
2. WandaVision showrunner and Black Widow writer Jac Schaeffer is at the helm of Coven of Chaos as well.
3. Joining Schaeffer in the director's chair are Rachel Goldberg and Gandja Monteiro.
4. In addition to Kathryn Hahn as the titular Agatha, Debra Jo Rupp and Emma Caulfield will reprise their WandaVision roles, Sharon Davis/Mrs. Hart and Sarah Proctor/Dottie Jones, respectively.

Other returning cast members include David Lengel as Sarah's husband Harold/Phil, David Payton as John/Herb, Asif Ali as Abilash/Norm, and Amos Glick as Dennis.
5. Elizabeth Olsen isn't officially confirmed to appear as Wanda Maximoff, but there are rumors she could — and she's been asked about it (multiple times).

When asked about it by Deadline, she said, "I think I’ll be back." She later told ScreenRant, "We can do anything with her now. I feel like we’ve done so much… Now, we can really have fun. I feel like there’s a lot more humor to be had with her. She’s often the emotion of a story, and so I’m curious to see what we can explore, and hopefully give her some redemption."
6. There will be plenty of new faces, too, including Patti LuPone, Aubrey Plaza, Joe Locke, Sasheer Zamata, Ali Ahn, Maria Dizzia, Miles Gutierrez-Riley, and Okwui Okpokwasili.
7. During a recent interview with The View, LuPone revealed who she's playing.

She described her character, Lilia Calderu, as "a 450-year-old Sicilian witch whose power is divination and whose trial is tarot."
In the comics, she's also known as "Witch-Queen of the Gypsies" and is the keeper of The Book of Cagliostro (also seen in Doctor Strange).
8. LuPone mentioned that Plaza will also play a witch in Agatha's coven.

Previous rumors suggest her character might be a villain.
9. Locke's character, meanwhile, is the coven's familiar, according to LuPone.

He's been tentatively described as "a gay teen with a dark sense of humor," though a more recent rumor claims he might be playing an older version of Wanda's son, Billy (aka Wiccan), who we last saw in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
10. However, details about who Zamata, Ahn, Dizzia, Gutierrez-Riley, and Okpokwasili will play are still scarce.

11. Christophe Beck, who served as composer for WandaVision, both Ant-Man movies, and Hawkeye, is creating the score for Coven of Chaos.
12. There will also be more musical numbers.

While Hahn hinted at "a little song here or there" earlier this year, LuPone recently confirmed that the witches in Agatha's coven sing songs written by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, who were responsible for the WandaVision theme song and "Agatha All Along."
LuPone also revealed that she's singing backup for Hahn, adding that while she's not used to it, "it's just been great fun."
13. Filming began in mid-January in Atlanta and is expected to wrap up in spring of 2023.
14. As for when we'll see it on Disney+, there's no official release date yet, though Marvel said back in July of 2022 that the series would stream in "Winter 2023."
Just announced in Hall H: Marvel Studios' Agatha: Coven of Chaos, an Original series, streaming Winter 2023 on @DisneyPlus. #SDCC2022
