Officers were called to the the 9500 block of Route 29 near Oakton on Saturday for an unresponsive person. When they arrived, officials found a man. First responders arrived and declared the man dead at the scene.
Detectives were called to the scene and are now investigating this as a homicide. They haven't released any information regarding the victim's identity or why this investigation has now been ruled a homicide.
