Here's what that noise is and when to expect it.
PATUXENT RIVER, Md. — If you’re a night owl or a light sleeper living near NAS Patuxent River and Webster Outlying Field, here’s a heads up you won’t want to miss. Mark your calendars for Aug. 6 and 7, because the skies are about to get a little louder from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.

What to Expect
During these two evenings, you might hear the roar of jets or other loud sounds piercing the calm of your neighborhood.
