Paul Rudd appeared in the Season 2 finale as Ben Glenroy, Charles's co-star in a new play directed by Oliver. He only had one scene, but it was enough time to establish that he and Charles hated each other. It was also enough time for him to die onstage.
Meryl Streep's character is named Loretta, and based on the trailer, she's also a cast member in the play.
