JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Jaguars tight end Evan Engram suffered a hamstring injury during pregame warmups and will not play Sunday against the Cleveland Browns, the team announced.

Engram, who had one catch for 5 yards in last week's loss at Miami Dolphins, had not missed a game with the Jaguars since signing with the team in March 2022. He caught 114 passes for 963 yards and four touchdowns last season.

The Jaguars will have only two tight ends active on Sunday: fourth-year player Luke Farrell (24 career catches) and second-year player Brenton Strange (five career catches), the team's second-round pick in 2023.

Engram has 188 catches for 1,734 yards and eight touchdowns in 35 games with the Jaguars.
