The It Ends With Us press tour has taken over our news feeds (and brain cells) in unexpected ways. There's been plenty of speculation about what really happened between the film's key players — Justin Baldoni and Blake Lively — and as a result, the internet is picking sides.

Both actors have chosen not to directly address the speculations surrounding their rift and continue to market the novel-turned-blockbuster with completely seperate approaches.

Baldoni has consistently brought attention to the sensitive domestic violence themes within the film throughout press interviews, helping audiences to understand that it isn't a lighthearted romantic comedy.

The Jane the Virgin alum even took the time to spread awareness to fans at a local Los Angeles screening of It Ends With Us. In a video posted to TikTok, an apologetic Baldoni was spotted addressing a small audience at The Grove's AMC Theatre.

Dressed down in a white shirt, blue jeans and barely incognito hat, Baldoni stood at the front of the cinema and praised the movie-goers, "Thank you for choosing to leave your houses and like come and sit and have this experience."

He went on to say that although the film is about love, hope and romance, it also explores "intimate partner violence".

Baldoni called out the seriousness and prevalence of this type of abuse and urged the crowd to support one another.

"If you see someone at the end of this film sitting alone or shaking or emotional, maybe consider going up to them and asking them if you can support them in some way," he said.

At the end of video, the actor (who plays Ryle Kincaid) and director asked his audience to take a moment of reflection after the film, "What's the cycle you can break in your life?"

His call to action received an outpouring of support in the video's comments:

Where will Baldoni show up next?
