Lindsay Lohan has announced she is pregnant with her first child.
The 36-year-old US actress revealed the news on Instagram on Tuesday, sharing a picture of a baby's clothing with a logo that read "coming soon".
The caption was short and sweet: "We are blessed and excited".
The Mean Girls star was "thrilled" at the pregnancy, according to her representatives, and many well-known celebrities congratulated her too.
Paris Hilton, who became a mum to son Phoenix Barron Hilton Reum in January, said: "Congratulations love! So happy for you. Welcome to the Mommy Club."
Also offering their good wishes were actresses Elizabeth Gillies, Amanda Seyfried, and Bella Thorne, along with Italian fashion designer Donatella Versace.
Lohan's husband is financial adviser Bader Shammas, who she married in 2022.
She shared numerous photos of herself and her husband on social media including her engagement in November 2021.
Lohan shot to fame with her role in the 1998 film The Parent Trap where she played estranged twin sisters Hallie Parker and Annie James.
She went on to star in multiple popular noughties films including Mean Girls, Freaky Friday, Herbie Fully Loaded, and Confessions Of A Teenage Drama Queen.
She also released a few pop songs, with 2004 track Rumors kickstarting her music career alongside her acting.
