DC Police responded to reports of a shooting on Half Street Southeast Saturday night.
WASHINGTON — A man was reportedly shot near Nationals Park Saturday night around 9:20 p.m., according to the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD).
The victim was found suffering with non-life-threatening injuries in an alley and transported to an area hospital. Authorities said the victim was conscious and alert.
First District detectives are on the scene investigating the shooting.
Details surrounding the case are not yet known. The identities of the victim and any suspects have not been released.
