As part of the plea agreement, Julien Everett will be sentenced to 20-25 years in prison.

WASHINGTON — Years after Howard University students came forward to report their sexual assaults, the man who lured and raped them has pleaded guilty.

WUSA9 first reported about Julien Everett in 2019 after police said three teenage girls were given alcoholic drinks that may have been laced by the then-35-year-old man.

In 2019, authorities said the first victim reported that she was assaulted in 2016, when she was 17, after meeting Everett through an unofficial Facebook page for incoming freshmen at Howard University.

On Thursday, Everett accepted a plea agreement for four counts of second-degree rape. Three of the victims were younger than 18 and two of them were students at Howard University.

As part of the plea agreement, Everett will be sentenced to 20-25 years in prison on Wednesday, January 22, 2025.
