Mattel’s ‘Wicked’ Movie Dolls Mistakenly List Porn Site on Packaging

Something wicked this way comes on the packaging of Mattel‘s “Wicked” movie dolls. But it’s not the website for the highly-anticipated film adaptation of the Tony-winning musical, starring Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande.

Mattel has mistakenly printed the link to a pornographic website on the back of its packaging for the dolls created in partnership with Universal’s “Wicked.” The official website for the film is http://www.wickedmovie.com, but the web address listed on the box only includes the word “wicked.” This address directs to a page that requires people to be 18 years or older to enter.

Photos of the web address found on the “Wicked” doll boxes have been circulating online. The special edition dolls are being sold at retailers like Target, Amazon and Kohls.

Variety has reached out to Mattel for comment.
