Since Season 4 premiered a few weeks ago, Micah has been dubbed one of the resident mean girls based on how she's treated other contestants.

When it comes to her times in the pod, Micah says she's spent time "reflecting" on many of her actions, asking herself, "Why did it seem like that? Why am I laughing?"

"It's hard to watch. It's hard to understand the context around the different scenes," Micah shared in an interview with Entertainment Tonight.

Like, when she and Irina listened in on Amber crying after Paul ended things with her, Micah says she was caught up in her own emotions, being "nervous and frustrated and upset."

"I was so scared maybe [Paul] changed his mind. Obviously, Irina and I, very tastelessly, wanted to listen and see what was going on," Micah explained. "I never knew that she was crying or upset."

Micah says she "didn't realize the gravity of the situation" at the time and was taken aback when Amber returned to the main room, and she saw that she was crying.

"Seeing her cry was terrible. I hugged her and told her I was so sorry," Micah shared. "But it doesn't change the fact that I was more worried about myself than anyone else. It was hard to watch."

Meanwhile, in the scene where Jackie was upset, Micah admits she was "so wrapped up" in her own head and "didn't take a step outside" herself to see there was something going on.

"Moments like that, I'm like, why didn't I pay attention to other people? It was never meant to be nasty or laugh at anyone's pain," she explained.

"I wish I was more supportive of other people's journeys, even if it crossed over with mine," she said. "I never wanted to be mean or hurt Amber or hurt Jackie, I was just caught up in my own story."

Micah continued, "I was trying to get this happy ending, and I think I was more interested in what was going on with me than with anyone else. While it wasn't meant to be mean, I wasn't caring or helping them through their difficult times."

She also referenced her disrespectful behavior towards Chelsea, especially during the pool party with Kwame, and called her actions "embarrassing."

"Obviously we were all drinking, but it doesn't erase the fact that it was inappropriate. I think it was disrespectful to her and to Paul, so I apologized to her then," Micah said, adding that she apologized again when the show aired.

When she was caught in a flirtatious conversation with Kwame a second time at Chelsea's birthday party, Micah says watching it back gave her "discomfort."

"I felt like every time I saw [Kwame], I was trying to apologize for the abrupt end and maybe overcompensating a little bit for how I made him feel," she explained.

While watching the show and hearing the public's reaction has been difficult, Micah says she's matured since the show was filmed a year ago — but admits she still has "a lot to go."
