With a 95% rating and 96% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes, critics and fans alike have praised Across The Spider-Verse for its awe-inspiring animation styles, electrifying action scenes and thrilling storyline involving several Spider-Man variants that steal the show.

I desperately need a spin-off featuring Pavitr and Hobie.

Of those Spider-Man variants, one, in particular, has been gaining a lot of attention on the internet. His name? Spider-Man 2099, otherwise known as Miguel O'Hara.

To recap the events of the film, Miguel leads the Spider-Society, which is made up of several Spider-Man variants from across the multiverse.

He's a compelling character made even more interesting through his tragic backstory that reveals why he's so intent on wrangling anomalies across the Spider-Verse and ensuring that "canon events" happen.

Thanks in part to Miguel's character design (featuring one voluptuous ass — and yes, I really just typed those words) and Oscar Isaac's voice, it's no surprise that fans are thirsting over this Spider-Man variant. Here are some of the best and most hilarious reactions.
