Police search for 80-year-old man missing in Prince George's County

LANHAM, Md. — Police are asking for the public's help to find an 80-year-old man who vanished in Prince George's County on Thursday. 

Police say Frederick Patterson was last seen in the 9000 block of Hickory Hill Avenue in Lanham around 4 p.m. Police are still searching for him as of Friday morning. 

Patterson is described as about 5 feet 10 inches tall and 230 pounds. He was last seen wearing a striped blue polo shirt and blue jeans. He was also last seen driving a gray 2011 GMC Terrain with a Maryland tag of 1FJ2055.
