WASHINGTON — A Southeast D.C. shooting left a man dead at the beginning of May, and now police have released a photo of the person wanted for the crime in hopes that they can be identified.
Officers with the Metropolitan Police Department responded to Pennsylvania Avenue Southeast, nearby 13th Street Southeast, on May 1, just before 12:25 p.m., after receiving a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found a man suffering from injuries due to a gunshot wound.
The victim, identified as 32-year-old Thomas Carlos Felder, died at the location.

Anyone who has knowledge of this incident should take no action but call police at (202) 727-9099 or text your tip to the Department's TEXT TIP LINE at 50411. The Metropolitan Police Department currently offers a reward of up to $25,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for each homicide committed in the District of Columbia.
