If you didn't watch the show, Parks and Recreation is a mockumentary-style comedy series à la The Office (created by the team that wrote and brought The Office to the U.S.) featuring a group of ragtag government workers who get into all sorts of shenanigans while building friendship and family at work. Just a very cute, funny, and quirky wholesome show.

The show ran from 2009 to 2015, and its cast members included Amy Poehler, Nick Offerman, Chris Pratt, Rashida Jones, Aubrey Plaza, Aziz Ansari, Jim O'Heir, Retta, Adam Scott, Rob Lowe, Billy Eichner, Ben Schwartz, and Jenny Slate. The show's cast and crew have been nominated and have won numerous awards for their work on the series.
