The Miami Hurricanes have shocked the college basketball world.
Miami, a 9-seed in the women's NCAA tournament, just knocked off the 1-seed Indiana Hoosiers in a thrilling 70-68 game. The Hurricanes leapt out to an early lead at halftime, but the Hoosiers came roaring back to bring it within one at the end of the third quarter. With just eight seconds left in the game, Indiana's Yarden Garzon hit a clutch 3-pointer to tie it all up.
Miami stayed composed, however, and Destiny Harden hit a jump shot after a timeout to put the Hurricanes ahead for good. Indiana's last-ditch attempt ended in a turnover, and the Canes are moving on to the Sweet 16.
The finish sparked plenty of reaction on social media, including from Ole Miss Rebels coach Yolett McPhee-McCuin, who engineered her own upset of a 1-seed, Stanford, in this same tournament.
