The films, directed by Greta Gerwig and Christopher Nolan respectively, are premiering on the exact same day, and it has caused some of the funniest and best internet discourse about movies in a long time.

One of the things that people have been talking about is which film you should see first during a double feature at the movies. Margot Robbie and Issa Rae were even asked during various Barbie premiere events, too.

Issa explained her reasoning to the Hollywood Reporter, adding, "Why would I wanna depress my week— it's about the atomic bomb? People are gonna die. Like, I wanna have mimosas and drinks and cocktails after Barbie. I don't wanna sulk. That's just my plan."
