TRAFFIC ALERT: Overturned tractor trailer closes I-495 in McLean

MCLEAN, Va. — Commuters in the McLean area should brace for significant delays as an overturned tractor-trailer has led to the complete closure of northbound lanes on I-495 (Beltway Inner Loop) at Georgetown Pike. According to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), the crash has resulted in injury and has led to a full shutdown of the Inner Loop travel lanes under the VA-193 overpass.
