Variety Announces Sabrina Carpenter, Marcello Hernández and Sadie Sink as 2024 Power of Young Hollywood Honorees

Variety has announced that global superstar Sabrina Carpenter, comedian Marcello Hernández (“Saturday Night Live”), and actor Sadie Sink (“Stranger Things,” “The Whale”) will be honored at the 2024 Power of Young Hollywood party. The invite-only event will unite Hollywood’s hottest emerging talent and industry executives on Thursday, Aug. 8, 2024 in Santa Monica, Calif., to celebrate the annual Variety Young Hollywood Issue.

The evening will also recognize the annual Young Hollywood Impact list, which profiles the top young actors, musicians and creators working in the entertainment industry today.

“Variety has an unmatched track record of selecting the biggest stars of tomorrow for our Young Hollywood issue,” said Variety’s co-editor-in-chief Ramin Setoodeh. “We are confident that this year’s class of cover stars — Sabrina Carpenter, Marcello Hernández and Sadie Sink — will be creating powerful and memorable art for years to come. The exclusive party will feature a red carpet, cocktail hour and annual “class photo” for the people profiled in the 2024 Young Hollywood issue.
