A 43-year-old man was found by an acquaintance inside a car with life-threatening injuries that police say are suspicious.
TRIANGLE, Va. — The death of a man in Prince William County, Virginia, is being investigated after his injuries were deemed suspicious by police.
A 43-year-old man was found by an acquaintance inside a car with life-threatening injuries Sunday morning on the 18500 block of Triangle Street in Triangle, Virginia. He later died from those injuries on the scene.
Police responded to a residence on the block at 10:34 a.m. When detectives arrived, they determined the injuries to be “suspicious in nature,” according to a police statement. Investigators said the injuries were not self-inflicted.
Detectives said a preliminary investigation found that the incident was not random.
Police have not released any information about the man aside from his age. His identity is being withheld until they notify his family.
